superhuman breakfast: 2 or more fried eggs, buttered rye toast, 1 mug of instant coffee w/ whole milk and 1 cup of granola and optionally another large glass of whole

in my experience i can burn through an entire schoolday just off this, so i can easily skimp out on lunches, which means more money in my pocket that doesn't have to be fruitlessly drained into more food

for anyone on ottd who wants to get into lifting weights

its good for you and it won't stunt your height if you've heard that unless you literally grind your bones into dust; you'll get taller than you otherwise would because of the extra testosterone

always lift with a brotha so you don't kill yourself or have to crush your weiner

work out in clothes that don't limit your range of motion if you wear them

use proper form because bad form won't give you gainze and you risk fucking up yer body

form's a bitch when you're on the floor. i've used a bench before and it feels a lot more natural

earlier i felt a bit of a popping noise while lifting and i was like thats all folks it was probably just my joints or something but im not taking too many risks

i had gym every day in middle school and every day we would run and stretch and work out and all kinds of stuff BUT every day when i ran for a long period of time around the gym i would eventually have to stop because one of my lungs was just on fire. just one, in one place

broke my bike out and pedaled it down into town for something I got in the mail and holy heck when I got off to walk at an intersection I was kind of stumbling because I was pedaling so hard I numbed my legs it was a glorious feeling

tuesday/wednesday/thursday is shoulders abs triceps thursday/friday/saturday is back biceps saturday sunday monday is chest triceps i pick one of those days to keep it mixed up every day or every other day is running

I don't follow any schedule because it's not a huge enough thing for me. I just make sure to eat like a monster and lift heavy things on a regular basis.

fat is excess energy being stored

fat people have extra weight that restricts their movement and makes moving more difficult; they also usually live lethargic lives so they're not used to expending energy
