120g of protein a day will definitely help you build some muscle if you do any exercise at all and milk is full of healthy fat and calcium i would definitely believe it works

also 3mi is ~4.8km HAHA in my experience thats like 2 hours to walk unless you're getting up and going to school at 4 in the morning i call shenanigans

let's see my most common junk food is sonic drive in and since it's a PURE and HONEST chain their biggest sammich only has 3.5g and i don't eat their often maybe twice, three times a month

actually i'm counting the walk back and through school it's more like 1.2 mi
