im allergic to blueberries and pineapples, have OAB with some incontinence, have a little vision problems (sensitive to blue light) and my left hand cant fold as much as my right hand because it was broken last year in a fight

i cut my calorie consumption by half from 9000 to 4500 a day and i still gain weight ;_;
