That's because he sucks in Brawl, hurr, and naturally he sucks now because there's been such power shift that you can only competitively play as someone from the last two generations in any given metagame.

Also, he's supposed to be good in Smash 4 and Project M but fuck Project M and fuck people who got to play Smash 4.
