the whole reason PC is regarded as a good platform is because you can easily swap between watching gay porn and playing shitty gamse, when your OS has just as much accessability as a console it takes that away

debian is OK. it's very basic though, it's a more 'make it yours' distro unlike ubuntu which is clearly aimed at being for desktops. debian gives you a slate for you to work on and build yourself

i wouldn't use it as a desktop seriously because the packages are older than time, though. steamos kiddies get the pleasure of using FF17
