actually it's very nice, but it's also very simple and resource heavy, and it goes against the usual "desktop metaphor" design most DEs have.

it runs pretty adequitely for a netbook

you can rotate through programs using the usual alt+tab thing or on the one view in the first image

opening programs is a bit of a hastle though, if it's not on the sidebar you have to go through a whole buncha screens to get to them;

it's pretty but fuckkk that is trying so hard to be minimalistic and modern holy shit

all of that bullshit is overkill nobody would use

full-screen 'activities' because 'apps' is already out of style

you don't even know the start

such as, you don't really have a "desktop" with it, or you can't customize it past changing your wallpaper. no icons or anything.

you're not usually on spotlight though, most of the time it's just one or two programs open

it has a good flow to it on a netbook and i think it's way more catered to mobile than using it on a desktop, but it LAGS LIKE FUUK on this weak ass thing

uninstalling because i dont like all the lag

the thing is i *cant* see this working on anything except for small portable machines, like netbooks or even smartphones. but it uses so many resources it isn't viable for that either

the interface is really pretty, but i'm absolutely sure it feel awkward on a desktop with a KB/M

another thing about it that's good is it makes use of the super key (or the "windows key")

there aren't enough DEs or programs that use it
