2. get a shitload of repels
3. apply repel
4. run in and out at the border by the route that goes to sandgem and jubilife with the map on the poketch
5. wait for mespirit to get to the route, then run in the grass (if you have repel on and a high level pokemon its a 100% encounter rate)

it's a no fun allowed way to do things but it's fast and works well

include wobbuffet at the start of your party for even more no fun allowed
