i used to always hold my head up with my hands but i dont do that much anymore, it's usually right hand on mouse and left on keyboard or both hands on keyboard

i go from leaning in several different directions with my left hand on the keyboard and the keyboard on my lap with my hand on the mouse, if im leaning right i put my feet up on the wall to stretch or im leaning forward doing what the guy is in the picture above
