yes that's touch typing and it's fricken easy to do quit being autistic and work on your fine motor skills

i think he does what I do in which it's very easy to type without looking via muscle memory but he just prefers to type with two to four fingers

the only reason why i don't learn dvorak is because my parents probably wouldn't appreciate me switching the keys around and i dont have a laptop/computer of my own

there are special keyboards for them but they can be a little pricey because china hasn't gotten to manufacturing cheap plastic ones with the caps yet

i can type in dvorak on my laptop which has a QWERTY layout though, i just keep a piece of paper pinned to the wall next to me with the layout in case i need something to refer to

easy to refer to while wasting a shitload of space and making browsing cramped and generally less enjoyable yeah, you shouldn't make it easy to refer to anyways so that you dont become dependant on it, this is why you learn to type much faster on blank-cap keyboards
