haha. turn the radio or TV on just to have some noise

i live right by the town mill and by a train station so there's always a steady stream of noise so it never feels 'creepy' during the night

and he's getting a 35 or something so he guilt trips me
on Monday I had to study for 4 upcoming tests and I couldn't do the project
so on Tuesday he said "you had homework so you couldn't do a project that majorly impacts 4 students' grades? come on I depended on you"
I felt like shouting "you didn't even do any of the work you fucking leech"
so I had to stay up till 9:26 finishing the project, and with my last bit of energy, made a quality post before going to bed

stop doing his work and stop listening to his bullshit. he's trying to put all the blame on you and as you've realized, guilt trip you into doing his work. you need to counter his crap somehow
