my legs are cramped ;_;

when i woke up my knees and biceps hurt

i took some ibuprofin and my cramps instantly went away which proves that any issue can be remedied with pills

its not uncommon for me to take 5 showers in a day, or completely undress myself and put on a new uniform if i think i've exposed my clothes to something unclean
