using QWERTY for these kinds of keyboards is stupid, it was made to slow down typing so people wouldn't jam typewriters. the maximum wpm for qwerty is like 120 whereas the record for dvorak was like 210

you can get specialty ones online and it's not hard to learn at all if you have your keycaps labelled to be dvorak
