i dont think girls can pump themselves up with muscle like guys and stay healthy anymore but that's not to say girls cant have muscle

oh and if you're becoming a transman then testosterone changes your physiology and causes all that muscle growth

most women however are weak and have much more fat than men naturally (it of course shows much better because it makes up their physiology and aspiring to have a body fat percentage of an equivalent male is dangerous)
