The only exposure to dubbed anime that I had was when I was a kid or (april of last year) if I got into a game that was turned into an anime.

I've only ever seen the malaysian dub and 4kids dub of yugioh. I enjoyed the malaysian dubbed one when I was a kid then 4kids got it and I think they did a lot of the voices better. I enjoyed Yugi's voice immensely. Jesus Christ. DAN GREEN. I never actually finished this series though. I heard a bit of Yugi's voice in japanese and to me it's nowhere near as awesome as DAN GREEN.

Also I believe the Shaman King I saw on TV was dubbed by 4kids. It was still pretty amazing to me. Even if I'd bother watching Shaman King in japanese, if anything was changed by 4kids, I wouldn't be mad because the japanese version is there so hey at least it got dubbed and people were able to enjoy it.

It was originally matture manchildren, then I added in a gaffe about cute girls, then i removed the gaffe at kute girls and then i changed it to matture weeaboos (because redundancy) and then the other one was a style-fix to make it more brief
