AES or TKIP?

so i'm switching to WPA (finally) and I've been given a choice: TKIP or AES encryption. what's better

i'd like to just keep it simple and stick to WEP but i'm terrified of getting h4xxed so I needed to upgrade. Nintendo really doesn't recognize WPA?
