There might be some adult men (and adult men pretending to be women) but it's mostly middleschool kids who are experimenting but too chickenshit to rock the boat with one of their classmates. The "adult men" are usually pedophiles or 40 year old men who have lost attraction to their wives to the point that they have erectile dysfunction around them.
There might be some 'adult men' in other categories but they probably aren't shark-toothed business executives or CEOs or professors.
