OTSW actually wasn't made to be like ED which is something a lot of people think for some reason, and it's certainly not inspired by TVT, i got the idea for it from RationalWikiWiki (which is gone now sadly) which operated roughly the same way OTSW does (user pages, documentation of history, culturr etc)

why the fuck would it be inspired by tvtropes? nobody except me even reads the place and im the only person who knows the tropes to do such a thing
