plus i do have that cassie girl. we were veeeeeeeery close but i kind of slipped away from her after 9th grade. we still say hi every once in a while but we don't see each other very much due to the different scheduling. she's always been cute and has hugged me more than my secondary family has, but she's got some issues of her own also. her mother died, her aunt and older sister spew bullshit about the mom's death, abusive father, everything. she has mood swings also, which i can't say i'm sure if it was triggered by past events. maybe just one day i can make it up to her with a copy of that gba shining force remake. it's a franchise she loves to death and that would hopefully get things going again. she's always been a blast to have around, and i would proudly start hanging out with her again.

i really like this one girl, we're pretty close. we've been talking since october and then i learned that, sadly, she has a boyfriend

i think you're thinking too far ahead about everything about how much your thoughts will "effect" you, right now live in the moment. fifteen minutes in a dark room sitting cross legged thinking about absolutely nothing will do you a lot of good, your brain is overactive

also, work out. you sound like you're having some esteem issues, getting your muscles moving will make you feel great. even if you don't have anything near you, walk outside, stretch and run to a nearby store or something along those lines

considering how you act about those characters, pull the obsessions out of the ground and make sure you can't be enamored like that again before you try things with this girl because you don't want that kind of obsession with a real person, 'specially if something goes awry..

basically you should make yourself your #1 priority

i don't think a 'solution' that causes more problems is much of a solution (especially if it's causing 'sexual-related side effects') so it's still probably best for you to eliminate it and solve the problem naturally

is there an obvious cause to the anxiety or is it directionless?

directionless, really. i used to have cases even on the medication but they are non-existent currently. the only other reason is very minor depression, which is something it has not helped with. we've tried so many different medications since late 2010 with none of them proving to be fully effective. so i think it's now just a matter of removing the reliance on medicine.

buddhism minus the cosmology and the dharma wheel and all that complicated shit (is dogma the right word?) is really just christianity without the controversial parts and the connection with god/nibbana when you think about it
