Irish is a Celtic language.
English is a Germanic language.

They have very different rules and it's structured differently.

For example with "Óglaigh na hÉireann" the h is added on to the word because of some grammatical rule, I can't remember it exactly but the word on it's own without any context is Éireann and it's the name of our country so it's capitalized.
