(thank god kitkat makes the launcher c based, at least that's what i heard since it makes it run inside google search app that probably means it's c based)

25MB is still pretty hefty for what is essentially a script that picks random words out of a plaintext database file

my music player is using ~1/10th of that and it's a GUI too

depending on how the program is designed that probably shouldn't matter much unless the text file is like 100MB

also it uses the robot class in java so im shocked it doesn't use 2gb of ram to position the mouse cursor and press keys

it's actually pretty easy to make a program that fucks up hard like that, but normally the bugs that cause memory-sucking like that get sniped down way before they ever see the light of day

clearly java is the superior programming language

java is an example of trying to solve a problem by lowering your standards with feature creep until everything works and then insisting you'll fix everything later
