canada has "GPL freedoms", you're in the right to do anything if it doesn't take away from someone's elses

yes; there's an obvious issue when your freedoms can be abused and thats why in the united states there exists the aptly named 'yelling "fire" in a crowded theatre' clause where you can be prosecuted for abusing a freedom with the intent of harming others

it would be like going to a public park with guns that make realistic firing noises and 'pretending' to hold a kid hostage
