Oh my god I am seriously not mentally prepared to go back to school tomorrow. Like really seriously. The ghost problem in my house has been getting so bad. I’m having frequent anxiety attacks, and when I go into this state the ghost girl takes that opportunity to send me pictures in my head. She’s showed me images of knives and hospital hallways, sometimes her screaming face or a rickety building. I haven’t been going to sleep because I know once I lie down, she’ll start. She likes to pace in front of my bed and make the floorboards creak, but thats only the beginning. She’ll try to lie down next to me on my bed, and when i push her off she tugs on the blankets. Then she’ll walk over to my windowsill and slowly start to flick my figurines down, one by one, or sometimes the entire thing at once, causing most of the house to wake up. She’s broken the heads off some of them and placed them around, presumably for me to find. She’s rather possessive over my room, and every time i tell her to leave i’ll think she’s gone, but she comes back. She’s impervious to sage smudging we’ve done, and has started following my mom too, creeping up behind her while she cooks and trying to sleep on her bed with her. She frightens away my friends who try to come upstairs to my room, like yesterday thecrabwiththesweater was over at my house working on cosplay, and came downstairs to get me because he felt her presence there. When she’s angry the room temperature drops, and he said the room got really cold. She sometimes leaves scratches on my legs and arms too. My sisters bedroom is the one place she doesn’t seem to like, so we’ve put another bred in there and at night we lock the door and turn the lights on to sleep, but i feel her in the rest of the house. I’m really really scared and don’t know what to do. To manifest herself she uses me as a medium for energy, and my obsidian bracelet hasn’t been protecting me from that so I’m essentially a walking zombie. I don’t feel safe without people around, but she does her damnedest to chase everyone away. I’ve barely slept the past week, and just feel drained. This, on top of schoolwork and sewing projects has been causing me so much stress that i can’t keep food down for very long. My mom has seen her but still only half-believes me, and I just don’t know what to do at all. I just wish she’d leave me alone.
