too much work unless you wanna manually change the hue of every single image on the site and then manually put them all where they belong

if phpbb ran off of magic and pixie dust the images would be 'transparent' and you could put in a common color to change every button but we dont have these nice things

i'm sure it's possible to write up a theme with exploitable colors but it would take an entire rewrite of our CSS and all of our buttons
