WinAmp 2.81 was the tool for me back in the day. Skins, visualizations, playlists, and perhaps best of all: small impact on system performance. Being able to jam out to my tunes while writing high school papers on a machine far more out of date than anyone, save myself, realized was a small treasure that I'm not sure anyone growing up today would quite understand.

You built a great piece of software back in the day. It's sad to see it go, but all good things...
