1. write a kernel with the CPU's assembly language instructions.
2. write a shell for the kernel in assembly.
4. write device drivers for your OS in assembly.
6. write a compilier for C in assembly.
7. then you can begin developing with C on a new cpu.
8. make a graphics API with C and your device drivers.
9. use the API to make a GUI for your OS.
10. point and click stuff!
