having more than 4GB of RAM

i'm comfortable with 2GB on my desktop but all of this innuvation that hogs all my mem'ries up has been more and more prevailent

i think processor speed is more important

my 3gb ram laptop runs fine with a 2ghz dual core

is amount of RAM relevant in compiling software

it's the relation of having a good memory versus writing things down (ram vs hard drive space to cache it)

my dads computer only had 2gb and since it has a better processor and ram for it is cheap one day we just went to the local computer store and bought 4 gigs for like $25 and now his computer had 5 gigs and renders eve like a god
