yeah every so often the site slows to a crawl and then it eventually times out and it loads again (which is when the IP switches)

i think dragonmaster figured out how to get our le IP and now every few minutes hes resetting LOIC and manually changing the target IP which is about as effective as holding down F5 to try and ddos something
