I really don't know why everyone's always hating on Apple. I had used Windows until last year and then bought a Mac, and OSX is just WAY better. Video and picture editing especially is a much better experience. It's the most creative operating system you can have.
Oh, and don't forget who published the first big smart phone, the first big tablet and I also think the computer mouse itself.
