based on what i read it's a system that interconnects all of your settings and everything else on your desktop and stores it all as 'rdf' files which are saved 'semantically (ie it makes its own paremeters like XML per object so you would have a object for your gay porn)

basically its gay cloud computing shit but offline or at least that description is trying to make it out to be that
