ok yeah $40 isn't much for an arcade stick but all he's going to use is the buttons for options and the stick anyways. he isn't looking for mechanical perfect better-than-arcade glory or some shit

i needed a tower because of space issues on my desk so i got a basic refurb'd ASUS thing

CPU/GPU - AMD A8-5500 APU (Radeon HD 7560D)
HDD - 1TB 7200RPM (might put an SSD in because lol rice)
4GB DDR3 memory, probably going to bring it up to 8GB

ships with windows 8 but im just gonna nuke it for my own copy cuz fuck OEMs
