it's a browser from glorious nippon built off of firefox, it's the last actively maintained browser that runs on win98 so i'd assume your hardware can handle it

maxthon's another good one but it's closed-source and chinese

no it runs on windows 7 im saying that it still works on win98 so it has low hardware requirements

mozilla is absolutely sure they'll save their browser by turning it into a shitty chrome knockoff when all the chrome users are just going to not give a fuck and keep using thier browser and firefox users are going to stop using firefox

the solution is just getting rid of all the shitty bloat and stop using fucking 15 year old memory leaking shitware on their browser but they decided that fucking the UI is the best way to go rather than making the browser just usable
