i was eating peanut brittle my mom gave me but i finished it all

start boiling some water in a stove on high
put the eggs in after the water is boiling using tongs or something
turn the heat down to about 6 or 7 depending on the pot size, if it's a larger pot, then use a higher heat
make sure steam can escape by leaving the pot slightly open
wait 10 minutes, if the eggs start to crack you've waited for too long
take the eggs out with tongs and dump the water
put the eggs in a new bowl and fill it with cold water to cool them down
you could put them in the fridge as well
