it wasn't a ROT spinoff so no it's technically not a spinoff
but; it became a main OTx and so that cancels out the fact that it is not a spinoff of ROT

basically; its not a spinoff but its an OTx
i probably should have titled this "OTX USERS AND THE NUMBER OF OTXs THEY'VE MADE" in hindsight

i used to have a really small otx spinoff after the fall of otb that went absolutely nowhere
the only other admin was ratiosu, scratch, the only other member
for some reason i thought it would be a good idea to make a forum for my council, but also went nowhere
like at all
the council was best left where it was but it dont matter cause its dead [rip 2009-2014]
