Here's the essential plot:
the head of a great samurai rises from the dead to protect america from some fucked up alien thing... by destroying america
it should also be noted that the statue of liberty is possessed by this fucked up alien thing. and as well, is the first boss.

your main projectiles are your eyes and some fleshy shit i can only assume to be your trachea like you were the first boss of altered beast, which need I remind you, was a god damned head throwing nosferatu-esque devil.
