I don't add anything i just like it black

i drink it with whole milk at home but when i get it from macs i usually put in 10% cream and hazelnut coffeemate

unless you request they put absolutely nothing in it because all of the starbucks baristas here will put in flavor bullshit even if the coffee clearly shouldn't be flavored except for the one by my gym (glorious bean)

Coffee is just fine in the morning, don't get that bitch-shit latte frappucino with extra cream on top, this isn't a 16 y.o. girl's instagram sesh. Either straight black or add some milk. The caffeine in it will kickstart your metabolism and will wake you up, but the reason it gets a bad rep is either people pile on the sugar or they eat muffins and doughnuts with it. Just eat a healty meal and add a cup or two of coffee and reap the benefits.
