this is something i would expect from the fucking 90s but not 2003 what the hell happened that year

it wasn't high budget to begin with, what computer animated movies were coming out at the time that weren't pixar? hoodwinked came out a whole two years later and had animation only a little better and it was from people who left disney and had this large budget give it a break
