FUN FACT a couple weeks ago I noticed my toenails are really long and I haven't cut them to see how long I can get them because i don't wear sandals so i don't give a shit

my stepdad's been wanting me to get into lifting for ages now and he's always stresses technique and not being incredibly fucking stupid for the ego
