yeah you gotta eat healthy to gain muscle but to be honest you're a teenager it shouldn't be THAT hard

i should probably find a way to exercise for the winter because biking is out of the question with all the ice out here

i'm not unhealthy or anything but i dont think spending most of my time completely idle is good for me either

um, i guess sketching bodies more than faces and improving on my art skills and adding variety (been drawing young girls for the last 2 years so ive been recently practicing guys and older women), also keeping up on my grades and in september be in an ap class for at least 1/2 of my subjects. also not lose my 9 dollar pen my mom got me for the whole year

oh god i just realized how packed my gym is gonna be tomorrow

My best friend worries about grades so much he seems nervous a lot so i don't want to be like that but i still want to try and make good grades

its good to make good grades anyway
but yeah like link said, just dont worry about it too much

my dad lost 10 pounds in 3 days hes getting real into this shit he's blending all these veggies and fruits and making these crazy concoctions
