When I think of a rave I think of some underground party with fuck-tons of drugging and whatever going on.

The only difference between a rave and a regular night-club to me is more or less the legality of it.

To simplify it.

You go to a rave in the forest or some abandoned warehouse or whatever.
You go to a nightclub, or in your case, a disco, in an established place of legitimate business.
