how big of a deal is going to college to canadians

i know down over here and in most countries there's always the mix of losers who drop out of sixth grade and decide they don't wanna go 2 gay skool anymore and the nerds who work through eight years of college thinking they'll be successful for learning how to paint

going to college to us is like more grades after high school

like, if you finish high school you're defenitely going to college. the only ones that dont are drug addicts and other trashy people

there's a good chance i'll get to go to victoria tech for free including dorming if i get metis status

you dont really need college in the us to get anywhere, or at least it doesnt help much these days.

theres so many resources that if you have good selfcontrol everything can be self-tought

yes but most research today in fields requires you work with other people and i imagine most of them don't want to work with some dude who taught himself online

yeah no shit if you want to get into heavy stuff you need college but im saying it's not required to live
