buying a model m

i cleaned out my keyboard yesterday and for some reasson my keys are now fucKEd for momEnts at a time

specIFically i took out my spacebar wasdqezxc and shift keys so now i'm randomly getting keys wgetting pressed so it looks like i'm a fucking ret arddWedw faggot on tumblr

or someone has a rat on me and they're having a shit tdon saof fun faucking wiwth me

the worst part is that this goes on and off randomly

my old laptop has the most unintuitive keyboard layout ever

it's got like these cheap macbook-wannabe keys that you can pull up and shit gets stuck under it all the fucking time it's horrible, at one point my ctrl key was completely unusable because a crumb

i would get a model M but i dont think my thinkcentre has PS/2 input on it, which is mildly surprising considering it is pretty aged

damn shame since PS/2 is flawless for keyboards

there are of course usb adapters for it (you probably know some model m's have different interfaces)

though it will probably be a shitty experience with usb because key press limitations
