i still want to know why they didn't just do this at first

like they saw the outcome of psp go (that all digital download psp which would need online to do anything for games)

i guess there is a change for the used games policy

The sharing of games will work as it does today, you will simply share the disc.

though supposedly they may announce more at a later date
