well im reading up on that and it turns out you gotta be in a "Mercenary Match, or a Corporation match" in order to call in bombardment
also your squad needs to earn about "2500 WP"

then you press right on the d-pad, select "off map support" and choose where you want it to hit
and make sure you're the squad leader

in any case if you're online and i invite you to a chat just tell me what system you're gonna be in and what district
or you could message me with the system, district and time
