so i noticed something

when i was on windows every time there was an ~~important~~ update i'd get pissed off and hold it off for as long as i could
when im on lunix everytime there's an update i hop to it and happily install everything in gay abandon without reviewing the update prior
why is this

nobody wants to get the windows updates
it's pretty much normal to hold them off as long as possible

because Windows shuts down your computer in the super-slow "LOGGING OFF......." "SHUTTING DOWN..." fashion and then takes its sweet time installing updates then you restart then it 'configures' your updates and then when you log back in you need to update again
