so this is a thing?

there are people going out of thier way to learn japanese so they can watch untranslated anime/manga/vn/gay porn
like, i have the hiragana memorized but that took me like 2 days with minimal effort and only because of how many japanese language sites i frequent i figured it would be convenient to get a rough idea of what tehy're saying but WOW there are people who are trying to learn a language that takes 4+ years to learn (cuz of how shitty it is) to watch some untranslated shit they probably wont even care about 10 years from now
