"OTx" is a series of forums made by a bunch of jerks who enjoy ruining innocent forums for their own personal laughs. They have twice attacked PN - both times were not successful and PN is still active to this day. They also have a wiki where they document all their "raids" and mock anybody who dares leave or dislike their forum
