Close, its an Ultraman Rip Off from Godzilla vs Megalon

Basically Toho decided they needed to compete with Ultraman so they held a contest for kids to come up with a hero. One 5th grader came up with the design and Toho called him Jet Jaguar. Godzilla vs. Megalon was originally supposed to be only about Jet Jaguar, but they thrown in Gigan and Godzilla so it didn't get wrecked at the box office.
